By placing an order on WOOL AND THE GANG website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time WOOL AND THE GANG has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
WOOL AND THE GANG will endeavour to process the Order and send the Goods within the time period stated at point of purchase Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract and WOOL AND THE GANG will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.. In order to contract with WOOL AND THE GANG you must be at least 13 years of age and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law If your order is accepted we will inform you by email when we dispatch the item. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order. All prices advertised are subject to such change.
When you place an order, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email that all of the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
At WOOL AND THE GANG LTD we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate. In the unlikely event of an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded to you.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate of 20%. Exact VAT charged is calculated based on the final value of your order in the check out process, at the rate applicable to your country. You will be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the Goods are sent.
We comply with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
We will endeavour to deliver to anywhere in the world that is accessible by our couriers. We ensure that we comply with the legal requirements in non-EU countries and reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable for any reason to meet with these requirements. Prior to ordering, it is your responsibility to check that any goods you order comply with state and federal government import regulations and there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect you receiving any of these products.

WOOL AND THE GANG website is multi-currency enabled, which means you can select the currency for viewing product prices and shopping cart summaries. The payment will be made in the currency you select at time of purchase.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
We may use your personal information to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days unless the product has been bought in the WOOL AND THE GANG SALE. If an item has been bought in the sale, or during certain site promotions where price reductions are applied then you may return it within 7 days. Please refer to your specific promo code or contact us for more information. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items unworn. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.
If the items are not what you ordered or they are faulty, please contact us at info@woolandthegang.com to organise a return at our expense.
All of our customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our products, in the event of this not being the case, WOOL AND THE GANG LTD will exercise our legal right of action. If items are soiled and show signs of being worn, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back to the customer with full payment due.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Cancellation Notice, WOOL AND THE GANG, 1 Gower Street, London, WC1E 6HD or via email to info@woolandthegang.com.
Please keep evidence of the cancellation notice, such as a copy and obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached

Gift cards can be bought in either £, $ or €. When you buy an E-Gift Card, an email will be sent to you on confirmation of your order, with a code included. If you purchase multiple E-Gift Cards you will be sent multiple E-Gift Card emails.
