Step By Step

1 counting 20rows

In a piece of crochet that has been worked back and fourth, each little horizontal bar counts as 2 rows

Work from the bottom up to count the number of rows

We've shown this in single crochet, but the same applies for double crochet. (Just look for the horizontal bars) On a piece that has been worked in the round, all the bars will be on the inside of your work. Each bar counts as 1 row.
